UX/UI
UX and UI design terms are often used interchangeably, and while connected they focus on different areas.
In User experience (UX) design we deal with the entire user journey. For UX design the Why, What and How are important part of the design process.
In the Why we focuse on users' motivations for adopting a product, in the What we address the functionality of a product and the How relates to the accessibility and aesthetics of the digital solution.
User interface (UI) is anything a user may interact with to use a product or service. The goal we cosider the most important is to create a seamless and intuitive experience, make the user happy to use the product and without any special effort easily achieving the intended goal.
As Martin Leblanc, founder and CEO of Iconfinder once said: "A user interface is like a joke. If you have to explain it, it’s not that good."
We design UX and UI and develop interactive mockup prototypes in all our projects. In some of the large projects (e.g. for e-business or marketplace solutions) we create 150-200 interactive mockup prototype pages to design the logic and comfort of using the solutions we develop.
